To reply to you, to prepare and deliver your commission, and to send the newsletter if you have signed up.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and customer details for 2 years after our last contact.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We work with service providers, for example for email and payments, who process data only on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email hello@studiovandelaar.nl to do so. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Prices
All prices include VAT.
Commissions
A commission starts when we agree on the details: product, measurements, thread colour and any options. We confirm the agreed details in writing. Full payment is due before production begins. You can cancel free of charge until you have confirmed the commission. After confirmation, the commission cannot be cancelled.
Measurements
You are responsible for providing correct measurements. We make each piece to the details you have confirmed.
Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer only.
Delivery
Lead times are agreed per product before payment. See our shipping and delivery policy.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item, as far as the law allows.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies.
Right of withdrawal and returns policy
All pieces from Studio van de Laar are made to order or made to your commission. For that reason, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will agree with you how we can fix or replace it.
Returns for any other reason are not possible.
Shipping and delivery policy
We ship worldwide.
Each piece is made to order. We agree on the lead time for your product before you pay, and we confirm it in writing.
Shipping costs are stated in your order confirmation.
For orders outside the EU, you are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes.
